Basecamp Fitness is a boutique style franchise gym with locations in 9 states and growing. The boutique style studios focus on efficient High Impact Interval Training (HIIT) workouts in a group fitness setting.
This project included new restrooms, shower rooms, lockers rooms, workout floor, and a retail space. The sound mitigation requirements of this project also demanded a separation of space from the base building to prevent transmission of noise and vibrations to other parts of the building.

Hi-Lo is a boutique grocery and liquor market offering curated high-end products, wine tastings, classes, and events.
Our team supported this tenant improvement project by providing construction management services required to convert the existing retail space to the Hi-Lo flagship location. It included a tasteful, understated aesthetic, tasting counter, seating area, and customer restrooms.

The Beacon is a collection of curated shops, contemporary designers, cafes, merchants, daily services, and best in class eateries. Known as a gathering place for the community, The Beacon was repositioned to inspire and celebrate the coastal lifestyle.
RCS-CM provided construction management services in support of this reimagining into an experiential, affluent destination for the local community. The project included new exterior stucco and paint of all three buildings, re-demising the tenant spaces, updated infrastructure in an effort to diversify the tenant mix and use, new landscape throughout the property and changes to vehicle circulation for more efficient transit in and around the property.
