The Dialogue is a unique, Michelin starred fine dining experience located on the Santa Monica Third Street Promenade, a popular pedestrian open-air mall esplanade. Known for its intimate atmosphere and widely acclaimed food, it offers a 21-course tasting menu.
The tenant improvement involved renovating the 700 sq ft space to create a 18-seat fine dining restaurant. The project scope included new scullery, prep kitchen, front of house kitchen, and dining room.

Social Eats is known as a food discovery platform where modern cuisine meets a one-of-a-kind community experience with a foundation based upon stellar culinary concepts. Social Eats is located at The Gallery in Santa Monica, on the Third Street Promenade.
The renovation involved infrastructure upgrades to create five separate chef curated food stalls within an existing food hall. This tenant improvement included scullery, prep kitchens, point of sale areas and communal space for the public to congregate and socialize.

Pasjoli is a Michelin starred, elevated French bistro known for fresh local ingredients and famed cuisine.
This project involved complete renovation of a former hamburger restaurant into a fine dining experience. The scope included adding additional structural support to expand openings in the kitchen and between the dining rooms to foster an experiential environment, a brand-new kitchen, and new finishes in the dining room, bar, and public restrooms.
